I purchased an alarm from Pacific BMW for a much better price (www.pacificbmw.com), since Bellevue's parts sales person said they would not match price. After scheduling an install date with Bellevue, the service rep asked why I purchased the alarm from Pacific BMW, stating they would match the price. Okay...
After the installation, they attempted to charge me the full $600 price (install + alarm). They installed their own alarm not the one I instructed them to install. After explaning their mistake, it was quickly cleared it up. I paid for the install and went home.
At 8.5k miles I scheduled service one, a month in advance. I was on the last light; it went out a 2 days prior to the schedule date (kuddos for me). Brought it in, I asked for a loaner, they said they could not do it. They shuttled me. The car should have been done that day, but it wasn't. Brought it in the next day, and it was done promptly.
So far I'm not impressed with their service. My next service is scheduled Nov 3. Hopefully it will go smoothly.
