Here's another question:
The last time I had a convertible, I lived in Georgia. I think I put the top up a few times, but I wouldn't swear on it.
As this Z3 will be my only car, I will drive it in the rain/sleet/snow/dark of night.
From you experience having lived with a convertible in Seattle, are there any options that really make life more pleasant?
As of now, I am not planning on the hard-top. I am so-so on the heated seats thing. The only options I am definitely getting is the remote entry/alarm thing, the chrome interior thing, and the Cd player. But if the heated seats are a must-have, I would get them (the car will be garaged at night).
Any thoughts on options that are must-haves for the Pacific NW?
Thanks for your time. Hopefully, I'll see you out on the road in a few months.
Heated seats should be close to a "must have" in Seattle IMHO. I live in Ca and don't see how I lived without them. Up there with sliced bread and microwaves. They warm you up nicely. They even helped when I hurt my back.
