Not very elegant but it works. Changing injectors may make the kit fail CARB rules. Anybody know for sure?
The Downing Atlanta supercharger kit for the 1.9 also uses a rising rate boost dependant fuel pressure regulator.

Stock for a 2.8 is 24#. I am upgrading to 26# to make the fuel curve a little richer. I have heard that this is a common upgrade amoung BMW club racers and turbo / supercharger conversions.
