I need to know as much information as possible on this person. An explanation is below.
Name: Timothy _________ (last name unknown)
Phone: 602-628-1063 (appears to be a cell phone)
License plate: 219-DTC
He was driving a white Toyota truck. He appears to run his own business. His business card reads:
Complete installation of:
Dishwashers Garbage Disposals
Ranges Waterline to refrigerator
Over the range microwaves Icemakers
We also deliver and haul away
Call for current price list on installation, delivery, and haul away.
I have tried the yellow pages, online directory and have even tried to find the cell phone company he is on.
BTW: When he doesn't answer the cell phone, you get this message
computer: I'm sorry
computer: doesn't answer. To leave a message........
Any idea what cell phone company uses this format?
A month ago some man in an old white Toyota pickup truck lost an object that hit the front of my car causing $1,200 worth of damage. My passenger side fog light it gone, the brake duct and cover are gone, the front valance is bent and needs paint, the lip spoiler was ripped off and needs paint, the low beam is cracked and there is a small sent in the fender.
The guy admitted fault on the scene and told me his insurance would cover it. He gave me his first name, and business card (no address just a phone number). Now the guy is trying to duck me. I have already gathered all the evidence and filled out a lawsuit form but...I can't find this guy! I have to send him the court papers for him to be charged, and since he didn't give me an address, I'm screwed! The case is open and shut...I'll easily win. However, I need to find him. The court/DMV/and all the other government services that are never there when you need them are giving me the run-around. I can hire a PI but that is expensive and there are no guarantees. Help me out guys!
If he is ducking your call because of the accident, and I assume he recognizes your voice, why not have a friend call him with a story he/she wants to hire him to do a job (install a new garbage disposal). Schedule an appointment, and when the guy shows up to do the work, hit him with the legal paperwork.
