So for the 2.3 -- 2.5, it looks like you get a nice torque boost between 1000 and 2000 rpm with less fall off between 4500 and 6000 rpm and a nice hp boost above about 4500 rpm.

2.5 is still just LEV (not ULEV) as is the 2.3, so the main change is perfomance not emissions.
