4 years 60,000 miles washed only with a cold water spray. Dried with synthetic chamois and never leaks, looked like new. Occasionally brushed with a soft brush in the direction of the lines in the fabric, but only lightly. No soaps no chemicals

I got the outside of the car taken care of (man I love Zaino) but what I'm a little leery of is cleaning the convertible top of this thing. Whoever owned it before us didn't take too good at taking care of this thing since there is slight mildewing....I'm a little anal when it comes to the cars, so may of you probably wouldn't see it until you were right up on the car.

Anyways....what would you guys use to clean your tops....and also, what do you use to water proof them as well (if you treat them for this at all).

Thanks for all the help.
I'm driving the hell out of this car guys....loving it....just loving it!
