Hi Chris, I run the Supersprint Exhaust on my 2.8, but for my money the Dinan Cold air intake made the most difference in performance, and asside from the growel at 5600 rpm it is not louder....The Exhaust I don't beleive made much of a difference...so try that....hope this helps, Tom

How effective is upgrading the exhaust on the 2.3?

I'm still getting use to the Z3 so if I sound kind of dumb about this stuff....thats cause I am :)

What I'm wanting to do is to get the hp up closer to the 2.8 range of power, but I don't want the car too loud (it's my wife's daily driver) to wake the neighbors.

Will an exhaust modification help out these engines a good bit (worth the money)?
