If you look at the 3.0 intake, it is much larger than the 2.8 or 2.3. If you do change the exhaust, all you are going to get is a different sound, which is not necessarily bad, but you won't get a power increase because it will still be cat back. There is not that much difference between the 2.3 and the 2.8 until you start running out of wind high on the top end, but up to 70-80, they are pretty equal. Save your money by staying away from chips. Just enjoy the car-it has enough power the way it is. Learn how to use the automatic. That's more important that a few HP.
