The cover is as advertised. It's well constructed and fits well. It was difficult to put on, though. I wound up laying on my back across the seats and pushing up with my hands to get the thing on. If you get one, pay close attention to the centering instructions on MZ3.net, they're right on. IMHO,it really cuts down on road noise (ie, noise from other vehicles on the road), more so than the factory inner cover on the new models. I had the BMW windscreen (the one that fit over the roll hoops) and the cover just barely cleared it when I put the top down. If it got loose, or out of adjustment, the top would not open easily. I wouldn't recommend it if you use a power top and the BMW windscreen. One caveat, MG racing uses a third party credit card clearing house. The purchase will show up on your bill as Mastercoin, which I didn't recognize and refused to pay until Giampero called me and explained things.
