I walked in the door to a ringing phone on my private unlisted number.
It was a phone call from "BMW"- the man gave me his name but I didnt write it down.
I told him I he was calling n aprivate unlisted number and asked him where he got my number. He said he didnt know. I asked him for his supervisor but he would not tell me who his supervisor was- he gave me a lot of unhelpful comments instead like "My supervisor couldn't help you anyway". I asked for his name again and he would not give it.
I went to BMWUSA.com to look for a phone number to call about this and found no phone numbers listed under "contact".
BMW should know that the people who are calling using their name and our private information are being rude and unprofessional. Sorry to bother the MB with this, but since this fellow would not give me the information and I can not find it elsewhere, this is all that is left.
If he was calling about my recent service at Daniel's- I would have told him that the service was excellent as usual. Instead he chose to give me a hard time.
