Well, as you surely know (seeing how stupid us Americans are) you obviously know that it takes 4-6 years for effects the previous president made to take effect. Therefor the economy is more than likely the effect of Reagan/Bush.... Once the foot work is done how hard is it to maintain the status quo?

Apparently not too hard if Clinton can sit around getting hummers all day.....
