Does the original BMW shift lever has 3 holes
on it? when i took out my factory shift knob, there
were already 3 holes drilled and I can put my momo shift knob on with 3 screws. I recently ordered a UUC shift kit through a repair store, and according to UUC, their lever does not have holes and so does the original BMW lever.they said the 3 holes is caused by the momo shift knob's screws. I asked my friend who also own a BMW and took out his factory shift knob, I can clearly see there are already holes drilled.
This really confuse me. does anyone has any clues?
how can momo's plastic screws dig in BMW/UUC's metallic lever?
