Haven't had any experience with the viper, but my Ungo has been all I could have asked for since I installed it last year. And at a fraction of the cost of the BMW alarm with more functionality, I can't think of a good reason not to get it.


My Z3 will be arriving soon, and I'm trying to decide which alarm system to go with. I've seen lots of posts in the archive on this subject, but none tell me what I'm looking for. Is a motion sensor really necessary? That's the only thing I see that the BMW alarm is lacking. Which is the best value?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
