I've read so many things regarding strut braces my eyes are crossed. I've yet to find a web site unbiased opinions as to the benefits and drawbacks of each. I'd love to hear from those of you who have installed them. I drive a `98 2.8 with no performance options and have often sensed the Alfa Romeo type of front end shimmy on rough roads, RR tracks, hard turns, etc.

What did you put in? Why did you choose the brand you did? What did you pay? Did it do the job like you thought? Where did you get?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I installed a HMS Stut Brace. Felt it gave me the best bang for the buck. Made a big difference, the cars feel much stronger and solid and steering more precise. Good Investment.
