you will find that somewhere between 2500-3000 voted for Buchanan in that same county in 96 (with a different ballot)

I just heard on WABC from NYC that Buchanan vacations in Palm Beach & has a bunch of buddies there. Apparently 5% of his campaign contributions came from PB.

Plus, 3 or 4 other counties had higher PERCENTAGE votes for Pat. So maybe it isn't so out of line.

A fearless prediction: this is gonna take a LONG TIME to resolve!
