I can't (for me, at least) imagine how anybody, let alone 19,000 people, would have voted for 2 people for president, knowing that those ballots would be discarded. Why put forth the effort? Few enough people vote in this country -- those people's vote should count, shouldn't it?

Apparently four years ago, in the same county no less, the same thing happened on approx. 15,000 ballots, go figure!

I think they should take those people's drivers licenses away along with their voter registrations on accord for them being too stupid to figure out how to drive or vote! One has to wonder how they figure out which hole to stick their keys in when they get home.
