Jonathan,

What an interesting list! I currently own an 89 325is (mine), and a 240sx (daughter's), and have previously owned a CRX Si. My wife and son drive a Maxima and a NX 2000. If you haven't driven an NX, and you can find a decent example, you owe it to yourself to try it out. The BMW is fantastic, but a little more expensive to own and maintain.

Happy Trails! And don't forget to study while you're at school. That way, when you graduate, you can buy any car you want.... almost.

Okay, as some of you know, I'm a college student. Over Christmas break or possibly this summer, I'd like to buy myself a car. The list so far includes:

- E36 BMW 318ti or 318i
- Low-mileage BMW E30
- Nissan 240sx (rwd!)
- Honda Civi Si
- Acura Integra LS
- VW Corrado

Here's my criteria: Low-mileage, must be reliable, must be somewhat sporty. Doesn't have to be rwd, but a manual transmission would be nice. Nothing with insane insurance payments either!

Most likely, I will keep this car throughout college, and possibly sell it when I graduate. The Civic Si is a little more than I want to spend, but I'd most likely keep it for a few years out of college, and they're fairly reliable.

Anyone care to add to my list? Suggestions?

Jonathan
