The oil filter cap is 33Nm and the drain bolt is 25Nm?

I am a bit confused. The oil filter cap screw is a smaller in diameter while being extra long, therefore I would assume that it would have smaller torque values. Additionaly you are showing the 10 mm screw, I belive that oil filter cap screw is 8 mm (13 mm socket).

My best guess is that the drain plug screw is a 12 mm screw thus having a 17 mm head.

I appreciate your response, but now you have gotten me even more confused.
