If so, then my point is moot. If not, then compare the last figure where they look at Buchanan votes vs. Dole votes in the 96 primary with the first figure showing Buchanan vs. Bush in 2000.

Of course, all of this says nothing about the question of whether you are qualified to vote for president if you can’t figure out that you’re supposed to punch the car next to the black arrow where it says “Gore/Lieberman.”
