Is it cold enough for you yet? HUH?! IS IT??!!!! (archive)

Today I went to a fast food restaurant to grab a quick bite. It was about mid to low 40's, over cast, but no rain, so naturally I had my top down. While stuffing my face with "consumable", three teenage girls came in and sat two tables down from me. I overheard one of them saying "Why did the guy put his top down, it's so cold...", and went on about how many pieces of clothing she had to put on because it's so cold. They were referring my car of course, and little did they know I was that "guy".

With the heated seats and heater on "2", it didn't feel cold at all. As a matter of fact, I saw a guy with a Saab driving with his top down, and a guy in another Z3 did the same too (he even waved to me). I think driving top down in the cold had helped building my resistance to common cold and flu; the past two major flu season, I was completely immune to the virus. But what really keeps me warm inside is the fact that CYT swore he would not laugh at me if he saw me driving top down in 45° weather. =)

P.S. Mexican food + heated seats = explosive situation, don't ask.
