Here is a post I made to the M3digest last week.
Call the number and ask them to send you their 20 page list of BMW stuff.
>>> I assume you've heard of the new source for BMW CD's and other hard copy service information. I'm told that they switched from Kent-Moore, because of poor service, to Central Letter Shop INC. in NJ. 1-877-695-0079. Received the BMW info list from them today. The list is basically the same as Kent-Moore's, with a few updates, minus the ETM hard cover manuals. Their service may be better, but their pricing is not, if interested in the CD's. EPC (Parts) $126.00. TIS (Repair info +) $154.00. Tech. Doc. $280.00. Training (excellent basic explanation of what's going on) $154.00. Since their pricing is much higher than Kent-Moores, their service rating will be excellent based on the lack of sales. I prefer the poor service of

looking for service manual for ///M Roadster. As hard as I have looked, there are NO printed manuals for this model available for consumer sale. I've seen the ads for the CD ROM product, but not for ///M Roadster. Do you know of a specific company which offers the CD for that model, and perhaps a stock number or specific title?
Someone on this MB made the comment that for some reason it appears that BMW wanted to keep ///M information proprietary, and that was why Bentley could not offer a manual for this car. Is it possible that all BMWs EXCEPT the ///M Series have service information available?
