Free Voltage Gauge... Anyone has the TSB to claim. (archive)

I'm looking for the TSB that says all BMW M roadster (Ithink) are able to receive free Voltage gauge too fill that black empty hole... Wanted to claim at my dealer but they refuse, they don't have the TSB and say that it does not exist. They carge me 150$CAN to get it...
