The answer is more than you want to pay! I've heard that replacing the bumper cover (that's the part you damaged) is $500 to $1000. Did you damage any of the under parts (lower grill, splash guard, etc.)?


I did a total dork driving maneuver today by trying to make a u-turn in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I do not drive my 98 M Roadster enough so I didnt have a good feeling for how long the front end was. I ended up scraping the right front part (the plastic) of the front end. Was curious how much something like this costs to fix. I am gonna assume that they will need to replace the entire front end plastic (I guess it would be the bumper, right below the headlights) and paint it. Any ideas of cost on this????
