..on the severity of the plastic damage. You'd be amazed at how far body shops have come. If it isn't serious, body shops can probably fill in the gashes, sand it down, and repaint it to look brand new for much less than it would cost to buy a new/used bumper and repainting it.

Hmmm....Well lemme know what you think. If you have ever had a car with those plastic rims and you scrap them along the curb sometimes. Just image that is it kinda like that. They are not too deep. Just sorta scraped the paints off and a little bit of the plastic. The area is on the front passenger side below the bumber. About 5" by 5" in size (I am guessing). Will be going to body shops tommorow to find out (I was really bummed when this happens....I have learned my lesson on this one).
