I read it to mean that the MRoadster will keep the same suspension components but will have increased rear spring rates. The MCoupe is actually measurably faster than the MRoadster due to a number of (small) factors (different air/fuel MAPS, stiffer rear suspension, etc).

The MRoadster will not get a new suspension until the Z3 makeover in about 2 years time.
