So you're saying the first response above is simply not accurate (0-62 in 5.3) or what? Stock 240hp MZ3 has for years been claimed to be very close to that (0-60 in 5.2 I believe). I read that post to mean 5.3 is for Euro MZ3 which should be similar to US spec. That's what I meant by "big deal" since obviously not a dramatic improvement. In fact it's debatable whether .4 sec is, especially if it comes with a humongous price increase. Is there a reason you think the US model will be a lot faster than the Euro?



My little bird tells me the M3 will be MSRP of 45,990 + $570 destination for a sticker of $46,560. I think the MRoadster will sit around $47,500 base price. It should enjoy an improvement on the order of .4 seconds to 60MPH based on the improvement of the new M3.
