Cd Changer, Autotoys (archive)

I have searched the archives and had discovered an optional and more cost effective way in adding a cd changer to the Z3. I have a 1997 Z3 with the Harmon Kardon stereo upgrade and am wondering if I purchased a cd changer from Autotoys, will it be compatible.
