Why are all of your listed upgrades all in the nature of 'form' rather than substance. Sort of all show, no go. No disrespect intended, but if you DO intend to bump up the performance, wouldn't that come ahead of at least some of the 'cosmetic' changes?

Specifically, if you don't like the tail pipes, a performance mod exhaust system would DO something for the car, and you would get chrome tips in your favorite style, at the same time. Also some more interesting exhaust sound, which would seem to fit in with your overall goal.

Think about a Fogg box! Quite inexpensive, and a good start to performance upgrade. I am assuming that he has one for your model. And you can get sharked or get Dinan chip for several hundred dollars. Would not show up visually, but would bump up the performance a bit, and add a couple other side benefits.

There are so many ways to go...you'll just have to do what you like the best.

Terry
