I notice that when the charger is connected
or when the jumper cables from a strong battery
are connected the horn, lights don't work.
Only the parking lights come on when I pull
the light switch and the volt meter reads
in the 8v range. I have jiggled the cables
etc and checked both battery and charger with
another vehicle, no problem.
