Try calling the dealer you want it to go to (the one 100 miles away). Explain to them why you don't want to go to the nearer one, how you like their service better etc. If they have a shred of decency since they are the ones that sold you the car and theoretically want to keep your business, there shouldn't be a problem with them towing the car 100 miles. I had mine towed when it wouldn't start with less than 10k miles on it. It is an absolute no BS requirement that they tow the car on a flatbed - all four wheels off the road.
I do know that technically they will only tow to the "nearest" dealership under warranty, but man, I'd be ticked if the dealership I bought it from refused to take the thing. I'd write some letters.
