snow tires was a bad idea this year. I was put off by the cost, and by experience the last two winters, in the 2.3, which really was no problem.

I also knew that I had the Miata to fall back on if it got to be too much for the ///M. Well, this is too much for either one to be easy to drive.

And like Carl noted, this is the worst early season stuff I can even remember, at least going back as far as my '91 Eclipse. (strange how we date things by which car we had at the time.)

Next season, it WILL be snows, but I'll muddle through this one as best I can.
