Believe me, I don't fault you for not getting snows. The extra money you would have to spend on the alloys makes it much more cost-prohibitive. I, on the other hand, could get 15" steel rims for a fraction of the cost. Had I not done so, it would have been the worst decision I could have made. But I don't know what I would have done had I been faced with your dilemma. Especially if I had your experience of good winters the past two years!

I will add my name to the list of those who can't recall a winter like this in a long time. Growing up in Green Bay, I was used to A LOT of snow. When I moved to Minneapolis, I got used to A LOT of cold, but very little snow. When I came to Madison, we had just started the run of very dry winters. So, it's been a long time for me since the last real snowy winter. IT'S BACK!!!!
