Hi and help! I'm trying to install an Alpine amp, which will go along with an Alpine replacement head unit. I carefully checked all the wiring diagrams and believe that I have everything hooked up right, but I get no sound. The amp turns on (at least the light turns on) and becomes slightly warm to the touch after 10 to 15 minutes.

I'm using speaker level inputs. Is there a simple way to check to see if the inputs and outputs are working properly? E.g., what should the voltage be across each pair? ??? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
