At least, when i was in high school that's what we used to call the mythical creatures that seeemd to be the only plausible explanation for a traffic jam that suddenly dissipates without any visible cause (i.e. accident, heavy merge, reduced lanes, etc.).


many time traffic on hway is caused by two fu*king idiots who decide to drive slowly side by side.
