I have a 2000 MZ3, purchased in Feb, 00. When the tires were new, it was very tricky. With the Dunlops on their last leg, the car was unusable.

I gave up and bought Blizzaks from Tire Rack and they have made a world of difference. Even with 100lb. of sand in the back it is still not as good as my 3 series with snows, but the car is now fun to drive again in the winter.
