Peter in his Boston Green 2.8 ZCoupe was also there.
There was also a red ///MRoadster and a red ///MCoupe there. Both of these cars were two driver cars also. The red ///MRoadster took first in SS and SSL for last year!
NASA has thirteen more autocross events set in Marina this year. They even have an autocross school set for next month. If your interested in autocross e-mail me. I will send you some information and will offer you a ride or two at the next autocross. I finished first in ASP (my wife took first in ASPL) last year, so I think I can give you a good ride.
My wife and I do about fifteen autocross events each in a year. We run on BFG T/A R1's and the fronts are replaced about twice a year and the rears are replaced about once a year. I order my tires from Arron at the tirerack.
It is my opinion that it is cheaper to run with the "R" compound tires then in street tires. They are cheaper and the also are alot faster. My first set of street tires lasted about 15,000 before they had to be replaced.
Come on out and have a little fun...and get hooked.
Buy the way I SCUBA dive also.
