Matching shift knob is 25-119-416-257. Matching E-brake handle is 34-40-9-416-256, but I don't know if it will fit a Z3. The E-brake handle is an E46 part.

Yes, the e-brake handle fits the Z3. There's some other varieties of shift knobs. For those who can remember where the gears are, 25-16-9-416-258 is plain matt chrome without the gearbox gate diagram. Automatic shifts are 25-16-1-422-880 (pre MY00) and 25-16-1-423-507 (MY00 onwards).

If you are feeling rich, you can install the matt chrome sports rim, p/n 32-30-1-096-786. This doesn't include the airbag so if you are changing over from a different design wheel you need that as well, 32-30-1-096-807.
