I'm curious to know how much time everyone is spending on keeping their car clean. I realize that for some of you, the weather has put a damper on this activity for now but I assume that this is only a temporary situation.

Your answers will help me discuss this matter with my wife.

My normal routine to keep the car clean is about 3 hours on Sunday and about every two months, this becomes 6 hours for the "full service" which includes a new coat of wax.

Naturally, I beleive this to be perfectly reasonable use of my time. ;-)

You're not spending on the car it with yourself. Call it therapy:) Some people drink too much we wash are cars. Nothing like spending Sunday morning in therapy. My wife even helps quite often. I sometimes wash it twice a week.
