If the CPO includes 4 year 100k miles, then knock off a grand (keep the hard top, if you'll use it) and its a good deal with tax, title etc. A 98 1.9 from a private seller w/ 25k miles goes for around 20k (east coast), figure 1500 for CPO & 1700 for hard top, and $1100 tax, title, fees, etc, and you're at $24.3k. 98 2.8's with low miles are around 26/28k, depending on options, private. plus tax. Personally, I'd rather have a six than a hard top....
