Earnhardt had alot of good things to say about sports cars during an interview after the race. I think he was one driver who enjoyed sports cars as well as the cars he drove on the NASCAR circuit. I think he has at least two sports cars himself. I hope his son will keep driving his #8 NASCAR Chevy. Number 3 will always be remembered.
