Upgrade to Clear/White Tail lights (archive)

Ok, I've swapped out the rear tail lights to the clear/white lenses and it looks great. BUT what about that additional bulb on the inside? It doesn't light up. Its an additional big bulb behind the inside lower red lenses. Any ideas? I noticed that its NOT wired on the pin connector from the body wiring harness. I'm think of modifying it to couple it with the other brake light bulb so two big bulbs go one when the brakes are applied.

BTW, I'm not talking about the tiny little bulb on the outboard side which requires drilling that extra hole. I know that is one of the parking lights.
