When I tried to sell my '00 with 9000 miles before winter, I didn't get any serious offer over $34k. Some people will try to tell you it's worth alot more, but usually those are owners already and they aren't buying, the ones that are buying don't share the same opinion. I do believe, that if you find the right area where M roadster is rare, you might be able to sell it at a higher price, but in general, I would say your car can go for $30k, since the mileage is abit higher.
