As long as it's still under wty, yes.

A little disappointing, yeah? As I recall, this happened to me periodically from ~18K mi to ~25K mi; then, it simply went away...

Believe it or not yours isn't fully broken in yet. Expect it to continue to get smoother over the next 10K mi or so. It's been discussed here in the past that some people 'give up' on 1.9s too soon. Hopefully, this has translated into a good price to you. Welcome!
