My brake rotors have a brownish tint to them..... (archive)

Two of my brake rotors have a brownish tint to them. I think its from the "Chrome cleaning spray" for my rims. I also have small rust spots on my rims. Is there a solution? Do I need to replace the rotors or is this normal for a 4 year old car? Thanks in advance...
