Honestely though, the unadapted runs are interesting because they might show the upper limit of the software curve for fuel mapping and ignition advance. While the daily driving might adapt these down a bit, a day at the track might get the car back into the more aggressive maps, so it isn't like the car won't ever see the maps present at the unadapted state... it just might need the right environment to get the car adapted to there. I have an event at Sears Point in exactly two weeks, so I will do some of my own testing to see how the car adjusts... hehe, always happy to apex one for the team:) John Huestis will be there as well, so I will volunteer his car for VE cat-scans as well.
