Upper limit for ignition advance maybe (assuming it starts off on the hot maps) but on the fuel map it really just starts at the baseline. As you know it is very possible for the adapation to enrich the mixture when it adapts.. just takes a positive number in the LTFT. My car usually runs 3-4% positive.
