This component system is designed to work together to form single sound image. The bass from the 6.5, mids from the 4 and highs from the 1. Moving the 4 to the rear of the car would leave a hole in the frequency response of the front unless you used a different crossover.

If you did change out the front crossover, you would be throwing away an expensive part of the component system. You could probably save money buying seperate components instead. Also, the rear speaker should be a full range driver, not a midrange driver.
