IMO, I'd keep everything I could. Only thing I would worry about is that parking on the wooden floor would probably ruin it - so floor might have to go. Leave the finished walls, but you might eventually want to put up peg board over one of the walls. Keep whatever lighting you can as long as it is not in the way of the garage door opener or the tracks for the door. As I said, this is my opinion.

Chances are the false ceiling will have to be ripped out. It looks too low. Is it real wood or vinyl wood strips? May also be some other code restrictions that would cause them to make changes. For example, garages need to be a certain depth and need to have slope.
