Right now, I wouldn't use either. Polish is a mixture of high molecular weight non-volatile organics or silicones and one or more abrasives. Your paint is still soft, so I would forgoe the abrasives. The liquids will retard paint curing.

After that, I would use a high quality wax like Zymol or Meguiars
