Is the Roadster chassis strong enough to handle that amount of power? I'm interested in supercharging my '98 M Roadster as well, but am concerned about the effects on the vehicle.

Has anyone successfully supercharged a 2.8 (or other 6-cylinder Z3-based vehicle)?

I have a 98' M-Roadster that has a supercharger on it. I went with RMS. They know what they are doing and OSH is really nice to work with. It is bolt on and could be taken off. I installed it myself with a mechanic friend did it in two Saturdays (could of done it faster but wanted to take my time). I made the mistake of not doing the dyno on the car stock so the only reference I have is what other people have posted but with 7 1/4 lbs at full boost the car has almost 320 to the rollers which is about 370 crank horsepower. Please e-mail if you want more details on the price and installation etc.
